Interesting that they chose PFS as the primary end point for this trial. I wonder what criteria they apply to measure progression?

Yes I was probably a bit too hasty to say that no mRNA trials with humans are being held there is one in phase 2, what I should have said there is no phase 3 GBM mRNA trial being held. The gist of my post stays the same.

btw the trial you are referring to has PFS as primary outcome.
One would think that with such a great leap in cancer treatment they would be bolder and go for OS as the primary outcome, which is coincidently also necessary to overtake DCVAX L. Anyway as I was saying it will still take many many, many years down an uncertain slippery path to come up with something better than DCVAX L if indeed L has as good of an outcome as we longs think it will have.
