Agree to what? Looks like Everlert counsel is filing a prepared application to file with OTC. If Sharp won - why would that happen?
Plus it was interesting Gilmore stated George would testify that the reason they didn’t file with OTC was because they had some sort disciplinary problems where the application would not be accepted by OTC. Not sure who that refers to. Blankenship? (Minute 48)
And hasn’t George had problems with Robert Hymers in the past? Hymers has shown up to intervene.
