After a settlement with Google or Samsung...It will be a priority to get relisted..they couldnt even think about it for years as they didnt qualify for a number of reasons...My ballpark time frame will be May 1st..
The only reason I think there wont be a partial buyout is the royalties will be so good..Google is making an incredible amount of money now...Im still sticking with the idea that Chuck welcomes a creative partial buyout...that offers google an easy way out to settle this thing and save face..at the same time making a lot of money for everyone else.....IMVHO
