IMO Better if NLST stays in OTC exchange no Halts on settlement news would be harder and slower to get filled which would result in a more explosive melt up - no or at least less manipulation without NASDAQ market makers issuing temporary fake shares to accommodate Whale buyers - Please correct me if I'm wrong
