Was that George on the phone with Mushkin at about the 1:57 mark?

And Mushkin didn’t realize he was still on as it mentioned not saying certain things to this counsel because he could be charged with malicious prosecution? And then went on to explain why he set aside the RETC case because this time he had communications?
Did I hear that right?
