I have a feeling George might get crushed in court - again. Hymers owns a lot of shares. He will carry some clout. And if he doesn’t want George as part of the company I strongly suspect the judge will rule against George. Hymers is not new to these pennystocks, We will know in a couple days I suspect depending on how long the hearing takes.
