I am not worried. But ENZC can buy back my shares at $15 a piece. I'm not selling for anything less than that. Don't care how long I have to hold. And that $15 is at the current share structure. If they do a RS, I will want the corresponding extrapolated amount.
Also, ENZC doesn't have the cash on hand to do even a smallish share buyback.
