Leane knew exactly who the CEO of UOIP was. She hired Carter before signing the contract with Rob Howe, the CEO of UOIP. She also knows that Carter did not incorporate UOIP in 2014. Her TRO was riddled with errors.
I think I am the only person who read all of the Leane Complaint - it was 159 pages and she provided many facts. Actually, the complaint was very well written.

She provided a copy of the ISA (Interest Sale Agreement). And 23 Exhibits.
It is obvious Leane knew that Carter was the CEO of UOIP.
