All True about the whole TRCH "Merger-Exchange ' episode. Definitely TRCH is holding a lot of money now that Referred shareholders will have a stake in. Is the CEO a Crok... Only Time will tell.
Holding my MMAT shares still and hoping this company will soon announce new relationships fo rtheir products and PPS will double from here...
Per the filing, they don't have to sell off all the lands... they may actually do a new spin off with whatever they don't sell by the end of the year. Perhaps they will use the monies and start drilling and exploring the land more and spin off a new company. I want to have oil rights so I'm ok with it if they do it fairly and don't screw the shareholders.
