With all that land and now all the cash on hand... they could do a lot! But did they give a lot or all of that money raised to MMAT? How can MMAT claim to have 150 million cash in the bank and be out of debt? What a confusing mess!!!
TRCH raised 250 million? 150 million? Is that money for the new spin off? Does MMAT have rights to some of that money? Very confusing, but I have a feeling they are wanting to keep the prize land and do another spin off with all this cash on hand?
