You're confusing the statement in her complaint with the actual facts. I could say YOU are the CEO of UOIP in my complaint, and that YOU can accept service of the papers.
That doesn't make it so. The court clerk stamps the complaint but doesn't certify its contents.
Have you found out if the registered agent or Billy were the entity that accepted service? I bet it was the agent.
