Prior to the company being dissolved it showed several filings (over several years) for a dormant company. In the UK, a dormant company is one that has no significant accounting transactions/a company that's not active.
Helix was then re-incorporated in the UK in June 2020, but with a new mailing address in Hanoi. In July 2020, Dr. G was brought on to PHIL as the managing director of PHI Vietnam Investment and Development and also the President of Phivitae Healthcare.
It hasn't had a single dormant filing since. The UK confirmation statement was last updated June 14th, 2021. A confirmation statement basically just confirms that the company is up to date.
It has been heavily speculated that Helix has either been quietly absorbed by PHIL or is being used to support PHIL. I've even heard it suggested that Phivitae is hiding behind Helix until it's ready to be announced to the world. To have a company with several dormant filings for years get dissolved and then come back online right before being appointed the President of PHIL's healthcare division... might be a stretch... might give credence to that speculation... the timing definitely seems a little too coincidental.
