You are wrong. NPHC and deitsch obviously had a favorable decision otherwise the case would have gone to trial. Common sense says NPHC settled with offsets.
Nope! He did not lose, he got the settlement amended and reduced in his favor. That’s a win!!! Then the judge told the plaintiffs I never want to see you again by dismissing the case with prejudice!
