Deitsch failed to provide the Plaintiffs they requested during Discovery - the Judge Granted the Plaintiffs Motion to Compel Deitsch to provide tax records and audited financial information. So there couldn't be a trial if the defendant didn't comply with Discovery. That created a situation where Deitsch was forced to settle.
What favorable Decision - show everyone in the Court documents where there was a favorable decision. It shows that shareholders don't understand the legal system.
And those married to NPHC/Deitsch will attempt to defend no matter how absurd their argument is and how there us absolutely no proof.
