criminy ...

... I hate that "bio-tech scenario", especially the part you just now added to it.

So, if the IP is worth enough for someone to go through all of those shenanigans, leave a company, surface later as the owners of the IP and go with another firm ... why don't they simply make hay with the IP with the original company? If it's worth something later, it should be worth that same something sooner.

Of course, your scenario allows for the 'poofing' of half a billion+ shares, and I suppose that's always a plus when a company can pull THAT off.

All part of a bigger plan, my dear Watson

Wait and watch how it all unfolds :)

IMO of course,

WTH

Wow, if that is truly how you feel about the situation then what the heck are you still doing here? Seriously.

An investor with those thoughts that holds on to their stock and does nothing but complain deserves exactly what he gets. And quite frankly isn't a very smart investor I might add. If you have instincts then listen to them and sell. It's really that simple to make this problem you have go away.

If you decide to stay then you have to ask yourself, why? Is it because I really don't believe all the negative things I say but they make me "feel" better or I am like a gambler who keeps buying a lottery ticket because you might hit it big even though you know the odds are stacked against you.

Do some soul searching on your investment and then decide where you really stand but quite frankly I am a little tired of hearing people’s emotions pour out on an investment board. The other thing you need to learn is invest WITHOUT emotion and you will be much more successful.

Have a good night.

The company paid $1.8 million for the basic patents. The follow on stuff isn't worth that much. This company has been through these cycles several times before. This time the Fritz's have moved away, and there appears to be little interest in the outcome. I think Cornell is in charge, because they are the only ones left with much of an interest.

FWIW...buy bonds.
