I think it is likely that we have been mislead, trying not to say lied to. It is a simple fact, as you said, managment does not resign when there is a good team in place. Also, they do not leave when things are about to pop; and when three of them leave, you can be pretty sure there is no pop coming. I have said before that this looks like a bio-tech play where the company runs out of cash, the intellectual property is sold to management for a song, and then management reappears at another firm with the intellectual property in hand. But you know what I forgot in my previous assertions? That the management thats buys the intellectual property leaves the company just before they go under; this way they are not negotiating the terms of the intellectual property purchase from themselves. In NEOM's case the property was given as collateral to Cornell for a $ 5 million loan. I'll put money on it that Cornell sells the loan to someone connected with current or recently departed management, and thus they get their money and management gets the property and no one dealt with insiders, or had any conflicts in negotiating.
