George did the PP..not Rich and at the time Sevu shares were low and going lower...so AT THE TIME..getting .10 a share was better than nothing..How could he know shares would bounce back so soon?? He could have waited to see if shares went back up...but they could have gone down more...and Sevu had orders to fill!! Parts to buy!! So for us to get upset over the PP doesnt make sense...we dont even know what George is doing to fix the PP problem now that shares have gone back up?? And I think thats the problem...we dont know whats going on?? But maybe George is working on the PP and will issue a PR when things get straightened out...George is a smart guy..dont you think he knew the PP deal looks bad..Now that shares have gone up?? Thats why it wasnt in the PR..and no SEC filing...I think Sevu is working on changes in the PP...thus the delay in the PR and SEC filing...since all the shares were not paid for or issued I would think the terms of the PP could be changed...Im calling George Monday and will see what he says...or maybe I will just ask him at the family dinner on Sunday!!!............HA....print01 just wet his pants....Im kidding about the family dinner..I dont know George......I wonder if he would sell me a .50 hotdog for .10 ??? McBride is likely to participate in the PP INDIRECTLY...

through (offshore) corporations controlled by him and Cronies lending their names... I know he's rushed to redraft the documents, since I started exposing him but his Attorneys and the BoD will have to come clean under Oath, as to what the original Documents contained...

That's why you don't see an 8K, in spite of the fact that it's required by Law... It allows Scheming McBride to do more "fine tuning", to NO AVAIL, this time around....

I am sure you're aware that this thread is watched intently by SEC and that the back and forth wobbling in your post will make the Authorities wonder if you're in regular touch with McBride...
