IMO..if Rich doesnt participate in the PP and they keep the number of shares issued under 7 million then a lot of investors would feel better!! 7 million shares in the PP would get Sevu some more cash..and the 3rd quarter should also bring in more cash than the 2nd..so things should be ok?? I really dont think many investors would mind the new management team..sales reps etc..getting shares at a discount..as long as the total isnt too high...the 17 million was a bit much...but dont forget the reason Sevu needs the cash its for BIGGER PRODUCTION RUNS!!!
