I understand to qualify we have to keep above .01 but why would the MM's care, I guess is what I am not clear on.

BarrSadd my thought is Henry is working at least with one MM to do the buyback. I am sure he told the MM he wants the stock price above .01 so he can eventually qualify for a QB listing and that MM probably told his buddy MM 's to help out except CDEL he is the problem child lol.
