"Dear Valued Shareholders, we filed an 8-K with the SEC today to extend the effective date for the APR dividend and for the share buyback. The extensions were necessary and important; we will publicly discuss them and other advances we have made when our filings are current.
While the dates had to be extended, I want to assure you that much progress has been made in major areas, and after the company is officially current, which is expected in the next few weeks, we can update our shareholders in greater detail on all important aspects. GB!"
