I had to reread my post I didn't give any type of opinion like that. Henry obviously has a certain share structure in mind for APR and also the amount of free stock capital he will need to for those pending transactions and future ARR growth. He also seems to want the PHIL share structure lower to fit the APR dividend parameters IMO. Go $PHIL
