So, you would rather have more shares of a company that isn't worth much and has many billions of shares outstanding, or would you rather have fewer shares of a company worth a whole lot that has fewer shares outstanding?

Obviously, at the time this started, Henry didn't know APR would be worth so much more. At a 21:1 ratio, basically APR would be given away to PHIL shareholders for nothing. Makes no sense.
The increase, and the reason given in the tweet, is great for shareholders, not bad.
Feel free to sell all of your PHIL and then you won't need to worry about those pesky APR shares.
