Things change and a good CEO changes as things move along. If anyone bought for the divvie you should sell now and let someone who knows what's happening buy your shares.

So, you would rather have more shares of a company that isn't worth much and has many billions of shares outstanding, or would you rather have fewer shares of a company worth a whole lot that has fewer shares outstanding?

Hmmmmmmmmm. Decisions, decisions.

Obviously, at the time this started, Henry didn't know APR would be worth so much more. At a 21:1 ratio, basically APR would be given away to PHIL shareholders for nothing. Makes no sense.

The increase, and the reason given in the tweet, is great for shareholders, not bad.

Feel free to sell all of your PHIL and then you won't need to worry about those pesky APR shares.

I am not going to speculate much obviously something changed and we will find out about it when Henry tells us. Let me just say Henry probably needs more APR stock available for pending transactions to building value for the APR dividend.

$PHIL Regarding the change in the APR dividend ratio, it is necessary due to pending transactions, a more realistic capital structure and anticipated value of the APR shares, which should make more sense for our shareholders and all stakeholders. Think strategically. God Bless!

It takes the entire board to meet and makes changes to the dividend. The projects, future earnings and much more play a critical roll in what will transpire for the dividend.

I think your bigger concern is your down 82% on another stock and see this one decline from all time highs. Take emotion out of your post and look at the facts. https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=164600103

How many other stocks have what Phil has going for it? How many are getting current with a buyback to be officially announced. Dividends is just the added gravy to the pile.

Your so concern and fixated on one thing yet that is not the root problem.
