$PHIL Regarding the change in the APR dividend ratio, it is necessary due to pending transactions, a more realistic capital structure and anticipated value of the APR shares, which should make more sense for our shareholders and all stakeholders. Think strategically. God Bless!

Everyone is here for the uplisting and future pps values. Not many that are here today will be around for dividends. Once current and price goes they will sell off.

Smart move for the company, smart long term move for shareholders. Stock should move up significantly from here. Any downward move, long termers will gobble up the shares. By the end of July Phil will be substantially higher than now IMO.
