Well according to the third party transactions a good deal of shares are already locked up. If the theories are correct then he only has to buy some more maybe he will maybe he won’t the filing clearly says he can buy upto 25 billion which would absolutely be amazing
As people have said here it looks like quite a few of that chunk has already been bought. The important thing that sticks out to me is how he changed the wording to "economically feasible" . That's key....he knows where he wants to take this and the smaller amount of shares available the better the price, the happier the shareholders.
So let's see what we end up with and I think we'll be pleasantly surprised... $PHIL
