Hospitals are the least expensive way to go that generate recurring revs, assuming the above is dealt with.
However, PCT is spread out into all different directions and applications. Their overhead continues to climb without corresponding revenues to offset.
Unfortunately, the CEOs attention span is tiny and he'll take any deal that gets him a few bucks up front. Never thinking long term.
Again, check out the previous hospitals under lease (through Ace) and learn when the leases come due and if they are being renewed, renegotiated or terminated. That will provide a good yardstick to measure how PCTs hospital model is competing
Focus is the key here as Namtae makes a good point (based on current numbers in print) not enough revenues generating to match the cash burn again based on current numbers in print. Finding lease renewals etc that ACE is handling is a good idea to gain some forward guidance. I am “guessing” here but Its possible this Maverick guy may be a shareholder At PCTL and he caught GGs ear since that is his background (again a guess) It would make more sense (at least to me) as to why all the hype on O&G without any revenue. I do in fact after some DD know they have been testing successfully and now results show this. What that does to monetize and when is not public knowledge. I agree Hospital focus must be a priority for these guys to find top line to manage this as O&G is very precarious to penetrate Imho
