a little bit of historical intrigue as pertains to this whole WAMU saga...there seems to be a plethora of documents, theories, suggestions, legal court filings surrounding the subject of Safe Harbor assets held in trust, and when they will be released....the acceptance of this information lies in the belief of the recipient, and from that perceived knowledge, an opinion of its validity is formed.... take the case of Cicero, the famous German spy who worked for an english ambassador stationed in Ankara , Turkey during WW11...Cicero, a valet, photographed important documents concerning the D-Day landings in Normandy, with dates and locations, which were forwarded to the German High Command...Geman Intelligence deemed that the documents were fake, and dismissed them as forgeries, simply because most of the other intelligence reports furnished by Cicero, never came to fruition...this fact of denial of the truth lead the Naziz not to take Normandy landings as serious, and thus did little to fortify the beach heads....the Germans paid Cicero very handsomely for his spying, but in counterfeit worthless money...this whole WAMU affair is a saga in intrigue, causing frustration, misgivings for many on this board, who believe with their hearts that money , and stock is forth coming after 13 years of waiting, when the actual truth was, the Judge gave us F/R with stock in the Newco.....if any one is to blame here, it is Sussman (god rest his soul) for not nailing down the specifics about returning assets to the estate holders... it is all water under the bridge now, buried and forgotten by the Trust and the FDIC....disclosure 195000 common escrow...Lodas
