I'm still going with shares of coop or jpm ,and have no clue of the ratios

Do you know how many is A/S?.They reduced A/S reflecting 12:1 RS, if they have to distribute COOP shares, they have to have authorized shares and for that they need voting,did they do that yet?.What is the article of incorporation saying about how many authorized shares are allowed?.It was 3 Billion and couple of preferred flavors when it was reorganized to WMI Holdings Inc.I did not read in recent times if they did any modifications and asked for voting.
If i were the lead(ofcourse MW is much smarter and experienced),i would ask for first lien notes for my commons and preferred stocks in COOP notes.
