Reko01, what I’m trying to figure out is if ACRL will be an independent operator or if they will do joint ventures with fully formed mining companies? If Joe and his team will be independent then do they have the equipment and crews to start digging immediately? My guess is they do not and will have to team up.

And if one of those bands, or Joe and Atascama said to you - you can develop your gravel pit but we want 51% for free or for pennies on the dollar in order to sign off your permits, what do you say??

Nobody with ownership or control of resources with significant value are going to just hand over project equity for free or cheap to Joe and Atascama, neither of whom know the first thing about mining nor have material cash for acquisitions.

So what is the business model here? I don't get it...
