mdimport, GE doesn't make "ducted fan engines." They make advanced, lightweight Catalyst engines that are used in different kinds of aircraft and will be used in the TriFan to power its hybrid-electric propulsion system that, in turn, will power the ducted fans. And what's your point? That GE will pull out of the deal because it doesn't want to be part of the future of aviation?
