I just ordered OmegaVia EPA 500 from Amazon on Tuesday and received it today. I have had supply issues in the past but they are usually resolved in a few days. Pleases have your cousin try Amazon. It is currently in stock in the US.

Pharmacydude, JL used to post that most any disease or condition ending
in "itis" is denotes inflammation, and as such such treating it with
Vascepa would potentially resolve any such disease. Instead of Vascepa
being hailed as cure for so many possible indications it is either
ignored or derided by various interests. Long ago I read a post that
someone wrote who warned that the worst scenario is when a great drug
is laid to waste. Imagine all of the people who would benefit from
Vascepa for indications beyond CVD. I commend you for your relentless
efforts attempting to get Vascepa attention for use as a COVID-19 drug.
(I wish Thero would have attempted to interest the medical powers that
be when COVID-19 was proven to have an inflammatory component.) The
US military could have determined its usefulness quite easily. Given
that new variants of COVID will come and go, some may not be controlled
well with a vaccine. Vascepa may offer a further layer of protection.
Of course, I do wonder if Vascepa will ever be used to remedy the
inflammatory component from the virus for those affected.

WRT to the immune system and health, new research shows mRNA COVID vaccines may be altering the innate immune system response to fungi - if true, not good news to those of us with mold allergies - I just copied snippets from the article, so if it reads choppy that's why:

Researchers in The Netherlands and Germany have warned that Pfizer-BioNTech’s coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine induces complex reprogramming of innate immune responses that should be considered in the development and use of mRNA-based vaccines.

Jorge Domínguez-Andrés and colleagues say that while the vaccine has been shown to be up to 95% effective in preventing infection with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and subsequent COVID-19, little is known about the broad effects the vaccine may have on the innate and adaptive immune responses.

However, they also showed that the vaccine altered the production of inflammatory cytokines by innate immune cells following stimulation with both specific (SARS-CoV-2) and non-specific (viral, fungal and bacterial) stimuli.

Following vaccination, innate immune cells had a reduced response to toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4), TLR7 and TLR8 – all ligands that play an important role in the immune response to viral infection.

Neta and colleagues also found that cytokine responses to fungi were increased following vaccination.

Interestingly, BNT162b2 vaccination decreased IFN-? production following stimulation with the TLR7 and TLR8 agonist R848. The TLR7 and TLR8 ligands are key players in the immune response to viral infection.

Vaccination also decreased production of the pro-inflammatory cytokines tumor necrosis factor-a and interleukin-1ß following stimulation with either the standard SARS-CoV-2 strain or different Toll-like receptor ligands.

In contrast, responses to the fungal pathogen Candida albicans were higher after vaccination.

In addition, the production of the anti-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-1Ra was reduced in response to Toll-like receptor 4 and C. albicans. This also suggests a shift towards increased inflammatory responses to fungi following vaccination, say the researchers.
