I am not saying that they are messing around, because I do not know. But in my legal experience, corporations are not beyond cutting corners. It would not shock me at all if such evidence transpired.
Regarding, your legal question on induced infringement, if Hikma sells a legal product, complies with the FDA regulations, and there is no reference to the Reduce-It indication, it would seem difficult to prove induced infringement
