FOR ME I would rather have some questions answered first requiring them to under oath disclose to who their 647 bill belongs and where the money has been going all these years for payment for the servicing rights and where the interest and principle has been going, BEFORE THEY """GET THIS ON THE ROAD"" so it doesn't just go POOF GHONDI and we may never get it back or see it

Lawyers are not tupid and they out guess thier litigation opponents.

DA BOYS have known AYA was hipping at their heals now since April of 2019, and all they ever had to do was to DO WHAT WAS RIGHT, so it aint AYA that has held this up imho.

And now apparently they have a date that MUST BE MET and their time is probably very precious to them (OOOPS is all I can say) and they are still up to their chins in quick sand according to MORDI.

I want this over and done as badly as any here and guess what , SO DOES AYA!!!!!!!!!!!!

RD, I have the same concerns - that AG has a powerful team most likely JPM that is helping in any litigation appeals to delay this process.

We know that JPM did receive servicing rights and any delays is extra money. If it would ever get exposed that AG has been played by JPM it IMO would be damaging to both AG and JPM. My hope is we will see some 8K end of month that may help explain the end game plan.

Lets put AG and JPM under oath of full disclosure as to any assistance AG may be getting from any party.
