This is not anti Alice, but a realistic interpretation. She has always been a player here and pro shareholder but what would be wrong to be hired by JPM an employer of the past and function as the "Hammer" as I have speculated in the past. She has placed herself in a position to insure payment to equity or face litigation from SCOTUS, and the NY district court. Either pay us for F&R or live with future consequences. I am not an insider but it sure is logical. So please get this on the road and may all be winners especially Alice who stuck her neck out or is being paid by the Dark side of this.
