Weagle, the National Oil case does involve the Fortuna Ayu -- the plaintiffs are seeking repossession of it. They allege that they loaned FOGC the money for it, and that FOGC hasn't made the required payments. There's a separate claim involving money the plaintiffs loaned FOGC for remedial work, and a counterclaim by FOGC. I haven't seen the counterclaim, but my guess is that it also involves the remedial work.
By February, the judge will probably decide whether the case goes to a jury, or whether one side wins straight away.
FOGC will tell you nothing of this important case, nor will it keep its earlier promises to disclose production and financial numbers. That's becuase FOGC is slimy (in my oh-so humble opinion, of course).
