Weagle, the National Oil case does involve the Fortuna Ayu -- the plaintiffs are seeking repossession of it. They allege that they loaned FOGC the money for it, and that FOGC hasn't made the required payments. There's a separate claim involving money the plaintiffs loaned FOGC for remedial work, and a counterclaim by FOGC. I haven't seen the counterclaim, but my guess is that it also involves the remedial work.

By February, the judge will probably decide whether the case goes to a jury, or whether one side wins straight away.

FOGC will tell you nothing of this important case, nor will it keep its earlier promises to disclose production and financial numbers. That's becuase FOGC is slimy (in my oh-so humble opinion, of course).

Fair enough Weagle, I'm as frustrated as anyone else. Sometimes I forget I'm talking to a compadre, and not some pathetic loser. Best regards, and I'll continue to post when I hear or read anything of value. By the way, I believe the silence stems from the fact Mgt doesn't have anything good they want to share with us, Yet. If ya think about it, it's pretty humiliating to issue a PR admitting to a failed remedial program. All that I'm hearing now is just exactly the opposite, maybe we'll get some good, great news.
