DDJ... My comments and questions weren't directed at you but at the FOGC mgmt who has not released any information. I read the posts both here and on RB every day, but I don't remember getting a credible explanation of the National Oil lawsuit. Before it was CSI and a lawsuit that was supposedly dismissed, then the remedial work was to begin and last 30 days, then voila, another lawsuit this time with National Oil. I assumed it was in regards to the remedial work or the leasing of the Purple Star. Since we apparently still have the Fortuna Ayu in our possession, I assume it doesn't involve that. I assume we are making our payments and if we are I assume we are producing some oil. Reading the boards is like listening to the Republicans and Democrats grandstand about welfare reform. I want to believe the Republicans but sometime I think they may be as full of cr*p as the Democrats.
I'm on your side DDJ and I appreciate the information. Just like evrybody else, I'm frustrated at a management that won't talk.
