I would think Apple wouldn’t be paying the royalties, the contract manufacturer would be responsible. Wouldn’t it be baked into the quote that the contract manufacturer gives to Apple (or what Apple demands)? We would get paid. Li’s share ownership practically guarantees it.

Many believe Apple does have free access to LM106c. The truth is that no one knows. But at the recent ASHM the question was asked about Apple and the response was very clear. Apple has access to all LM IP as part of their 2010 deal.

It would still be huge if Apple used LM:

It would validate the material as ready for prime time, which would be huge.

It would draw attention to the material, raising awareness of it, and certainly investors.

It would help ramp up the LM machinery in volume, quality, and personnel expertise, making their work in other areas in other products more effective.

And of course you can come up with your own additional reasons. Bottom line it would be very food for LM and for LQMT.
