The information that you provide is threatening to some people. They are praying that the management proposals fail.

A_Tip_For "Sean" From_So_Called "Alliance Advisors" :)

JUST A REMINDER AS PART OF THE "RIG-A-VOTE" ole "team" being paid using shareholder funds by ADXS-a-CON :

I'll give you two forms/contacts you can fill-out to "assist" in what is taking place already - and ask Kenny the clown to fill one out also :

THE ACTUAL "VALID" and ONLY PROXY VOTE ALREADY TOOK PLACE - anything done now is a RIGGED VOTE and never forget that simple FACTOID :)

1) For the shareholder lawsuit already being prepared please just fill-out a form here.

One of the largest shareholder lawsuit firms in the nation - they've got radar lock on ADXS like a bombing run over downtown Baghdad :)

https://www.rosenlegal.com/contact-fraud.html

Ya just fill it out - easy peasy as everyone else here has done so.

Heck, it's easier than trying to re-fill out a new rigged proxy vote !!

2) And just file a quicky FORMAL SEC COMPLAINT - it's not hard:

ADXS-a-CON is a Delaware registered corp so you NEVER waste time filing SEC complaints on their main "hotline" page which is a black hole to central D.C. clearing - you file AT THE REGIONAL SEC OFFICE the complaint.

Again, easier than re-filing a new rigged proxy vote sorta gig thingy :)

Here is the SEC office with oversight of Delaware - just fire um a quick email about ADXS and a "do over" of a completed proxy vote among too many "other" potential crimes or civil violations to list over the yrs:

Delaware corps fall under the direct jurisdiction of the SEC Philadelphia Regional Office - that be part of their territory :

Philadelphia Regional Office

One Penn Center
1617 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Suite 520
Philadelphia, PA 19103
Phone: 215-597-3100

E-mail: philadelphia@sec.gov

Scott Thompson, Co-Acting Regional Director
Joy G. Thompson, Co-Acting Regional Director

There ya go - hope that helps. A quick email to SEC Philly and a simple form to fill out at Rosen law - easy as a rigged Proxy do-over :)

Good luck !!!
