ADXSINC-To answer your question, the company used the ability of the adjournment proposal to reschedule the meeting to July 1st. 53.2 million shares FOR, 32.1 million against, and 1.1 million abstained. The polls are still open, so shareholders are able to cast or update their votes until July 1st.
