Can you provide proof of the following?

"How issued over 600 million shares, some of which you and I own, to pay off UOIP debt."

I assume that is Howe.

There is a 13D for the 903,825,954 shares to UnifiedOnline! LLC.

I don't see where 600 million shares were issued to pay outstanding debt.
