BBANBOB, I agreed to PREM with a lot of remarks on the document. And only the K-Escrows are still concerned. The broker promised that DTC has all data stored for at least 6 or 7 years from the date when the positions have been PREM'ed, which means roughly till year 2024. Also I have inforned the concillation board of the broker and they confirmed that there is no limitation of time and I still have my rights when there are further distributions in the future. But again the question: Do you really think we have to wait for a date till year 2024 or beyond ??
