Corrupt Judge Du Killed Future Vascepa Sales in the USA

I would love to see the SC overturn her terrible ruling

and immediately stop the sales of Generic Vascepa

but I'm afraid there is little chance that will happen

IMO the best the SC will do is remand it back to Judge Du

where she will take another year or 2

to come up with another reason to rule against AMRN

all the while the Generic Company keeps increasing sales (infringing)

and with all of the patents expiration dates drawing nearer

The USA patent and associated court systems suck
