Pink companies should provide the required disclosure to OTC Markets by June 30th.

To provide disclosure CRGP will need to submit subscription application

No. 2
To submit subscription application CRGP will need share structure and shareholder list from TA

No. 3
To get share structure and shareholder list from TA the company will need to pay off the $100k TA is owed


Fewer than 9 days to get this accomplished

Foresee huge sell off the closer to June 30
price drop to trips before permanent suspension

Well considering thats what i was saying, it wont go to greys till after September's deadline..
Thanks for the OTC quote to confirm and clear that up...
Agree they have some hurdles in the near future and if they don't take them to task, we may be in a bad spot but.. its the OTC so we will see..
