That is Encinitas CA aka an area just north outside of San Diego CA - and I know it WELL !!

I used to fly over it all the time out of then NAS Miramar aka Top Gun (now MCAS Miramar) back in the day.

THAT AREA = home to some REAL BIG HITTERS like Joe Walsh of The Eagles owned a home there as did golfer Phil Mickelson and several major league ball players, just to name a few I know of 100% for certain.

It's MEGA BUCKS territory - some VERY pricey real estate.

Tony Hawk also has his OWN WAREHOUSE INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY down the road from his home (he OWNS IT TOO) and employs approx 45 people on the payroll - and it has its own indoor skate ramps and testing areas, etc.
