That is Encinitas CA aka an area just north outside of San Diego CA - and I know it WELL !!

I used to fly over it all the time out of then NAS Miramar aka Top Gun (now MCAS Miramar) back in the day.

THAT AREA = home to some REAL BIG HITTERS like Joe Walsh of The Eagles owned a home there as did golfer Phil Mickelson and several major league ball players, just to name a few I know of 100% for certain.

It's MEGA BUCKS territory - some VERY pricey real estate.
