If your referencing the notice on the state website I can explain.
Henry must provide financials to the state and pay a $50 fee to have a form filed. Once the form is filed the delinquency status is removed.
Because financials are still getting audited he is not updating sub companies at the moment. Check back daily if we see that change we know financials were submitted to WY state.
