What does that have to do with the big picture? Nothing. If you are familiar with Wyckoff trading, this chart is screaming BUY on the daily, weekly, and monthly time frames. There has been a massive period of accumulation occurring since last April and we are clearly in the beginning of a prolonged uptrend or "mark up" stage. CRGP may or may not release anything directly. But one thing is certain...details of the settlement must be filed with the court. And that has not occurred yet. There is more to this story.
