Cindy why would Merriman Curhan & Ford take SEIH on as a client? Have you figured out the significance of this?

Do you know what Abaxis Medical is? Do you know what their sales are in the US? Are you aware that they have an exclusive agreement with SEIH to market their products in China?

If you are truly interested in DD with this company then I would suggest you research such matters. These matters are far more important than who they share office space with. Unless you are the company janitor.

My guess would be that he is the IR person for multiple companies, as he works for Gemini Financial. I really have no idea how many people a day he talks to, as that would be a function of the number of clients he represents. He seems to me to be intelligent enough not to confuse companies based on my conversations with him, even if certain other of the companies he represents operate out of the same office suite. I haven't asked him about his dealings with the company as far as share ownership, and don't know what the terms of his contract with SEIH are. I hope that is helpful to you.
