oilman57, due diligence?;

Instead of referring to DD you should just say "I believe company Press Releases and IR" because what you just posted was simply gleaned from them. DD would include contacting MCF and Abaxis and verifying it. Abaxis has had a distribution agreement with China for at least the last 4 years and no 8-Ks were filed as a Material Event for either MCF or Abaxis;

http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001161647&owner=include&c...
http://www.sec.gov/rules/final/33-8400.htm

Did you verify the exclusive agreement? That would be due diligence. Either way, the most important thing about SEIH currently and all that really matters is that they put out a Press Release yesterday and only 7 trades went through. Whatever the company does business-wise will never trickle down to shareholders here or on any stock. People keep investing like they will. Items 1-6 do not matter if nobody buys the stock. Being Pink restricts many investors from placing orders through their brokers for SEIH.

When you do the DD on Abaxis, please post what you find.

Good luck.

Well oilman, there is one little problem with that. I was challenged to do the same thing over on FCCN and when I posted info I found (mostly from SEC filings) people didn't like it and the mods did something about it. Many of the same players are working with this company and I don't mean the posters.
There probably is nothing wrong with Abaxis Medical. Like there is probably nothing wrong with AERO. I think the problem lies with how they are getting to where they are going. Seems like (IMO) that some of these companies are being used, maybe even paved with good intentions, but so is the road to hell.
Listening to an IR guy that is paid by the compaany is not my idea of DD.
I'm not interested in this company - because of my DD. And you would be very surprised about the importance of that office space comment.
