That’s all we can do is wait. I’ve been invested years before the lawsuit even became a thing! I had even written off my investment as just plan gone. It wasn’t until I was trying to clean up my portfolio that I noticed I still had holdings and that we were in a lawsuit for almost a year already. So if a few decide to lawyer up for us I can wait for as long as needed.
