Say I have 5 million shares of UOIP.
I join with four other folks who have 5 million shares.

We get a lawyer who deals with Billy and cuts a deal for $5 per share.
Billy gets away with one $125 million payout and grabs the rest for himself.
We each get $25 million.
What's your move?
Cry?
Complain?
